Another Shadow Warrior who has mastered the art of dual swords.
Since the Tau aren't too keen on CQC, these guys are pretty much shunned by the new Commander of the Tau. They are viewed to close to what Farsight had created, even though these guys were around before the split, disappeared, and recently reappeared. Thankfully Commander Puretide stakes his reputation and honor of them.
